To make the most of your inspection, you need to know that:

The typical inspection takes about 3-4 hours. You are encouraged to be present and follow your inspector during the course of the inspection. That allows you to ask questions and raise concerns. |

The scope of the inspection, requirements and limitations, is described in the OAHI standards of Practice but in a nutshell, it is a visual examination of the accessible components of the following systems: Roofing, Exterior, Structural, Electrical, Heating/Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing and Interior. |

You will be provided with a detailed and unique digital report which includes a description of every system, its components, recommendations for action and reference material. |
