About Your Inspector, Lily Ohana

Lily Ohana is a graduate of the Home Inspectors program at Algonquin College, a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) # 454, Founder and President of HomeStat Home Inspections Inc., Ottawa, Ontario. She is proud to be a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI).

Lily is a full time Home Inspector in Ottawa and the surrounding area who adheres to the standards of practice and the code of ethics set out by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.

Lily completed all OAHI courses relating to the common house systems (Defect Recognition, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Condition, Health and Safety - ministry certificate, Building Envelope - ministry certificate, Roofing, Structure and Building Science). In addition to the required courses and exams set out by the OAHI, Lily attends monthly meeting groups, conferences and workshops. As a professional Home Inspector, she is dedicated and committed to continue expanding her knowledge in the industry.

In her free time, Lily is an accomplished equestrian. Lily's love of horses has lead her to some extraordinary achievements in her professional and personal life. As an instructor to aspiring children and adults at all levels, Lily applied her love of teaching and sharing of her knowledge with others. As an equestrian competitor, Lily had proved that hard work, dedication and discipline can go a long way and bring you to your goals, no matter the business you're in!
